Overview
SEMS is developed by E-Solution, which has offices in Casablanca, Lille and New York. The platform is split into two large blocks that mirror how a procurement department actually works.
The Source-to-Contract side handles category strategy, spend analysis, supplier onboarding and evaluation, e-sourcing (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, auctions), then contracts, framework agreements and catalogs. The Procure-to-Pay side runs an internal marketplace, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices read by OCR and three-way matched, payments, inventory and imports.
Two modules stand out. Budget planning, first, which tracks commitments as they happen. Then the supplier communication tools: campaigns, a chatbot and WhatsApp Business, a channel plenty of suppliers already check every day.
The vendor highlights nine AI agents, one per stage of the cycle: requisition, sourcing, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, contract, purchasing, invoice and procurement intelligence. It lists integrations with SAP, Oracle and Sage. SEMS won the 2025 Procurement Innovation Trophy from CNA Maroc.
